BASEBALL ARTIST - ROGER PATRICK
Roger Patrick was born in Albany, New York, but lives in Easthampton, Massachusetts today. Roger's baseball paintings have a 1950's to 1970's flavor. Roger has been featured on mlb.com, and showcased nationally in Elysian Fields Quarterly, a baseball literary magazine. His favorite work is "Old Milwaukee" because it is based on a minor league New Britain Rock Cats game, an experience he will always enjoy because of the family friendly atmosphere. MLB players have also asked Roger to develop art for them, most recently Brent Mayne, a long time Kansas City Royals catcher. At the moment, Roger is finishing a commission work on Yankees legend, Thurman Munson.
