Mike McInnis
Mike McInnis in The Heckler

On May 4, 2004, Sox infielder Mike McInnis was featured in the baseball satire newspaper, The Heckler.

How it all began:
Last June 21, the White Sox were battling the Mets in Montreal. After a collision, Guinness ended up sporting a bloody nose. This image was captured and posted to a Sox photo album online.

Almost 1 year later,
StubHub, a national ticket reseller, found the photo online after searching Google for the perfect picture for their ad campaign. They contacted the Sox and purchased the photo for use in a full page advertisement. The ad ran in the Chicago area. The rest is history.
