Darron Henn came out of retirement to rejoin the Whitesox midway through the 2000 season. A former MABL All-Star in 1998, Henn brought to the Sox much-needed bullpen support this season. In 8 pitching appearances, Darron led the Whitesox with a 3.97 ERA and also recorded 17 strikeouts in 12.1 innings pitched. Henn's best outing of the season was against the divisional rival first-place Rockies.
