Dave Timmons had another great season and was selected to his third consecutive MABL All-Star Team. Elected by his piers as team Captain, Timmons was a leader on and off the field. On the field, Timmons batted .429 with two 3-hit games and five 2-hit games. Timmons was the Sox co-leader in homeruns (2) while was 2nd on the team in both batting, hits (27) and RBI (22). Behind the dish, his knowledge of the hitters, ability to call a game and stellar defense allowed Sox pitchers to reach their potential. Dave is also an iron-man, not missing a game or start the past two season. Off the field, Timmons initiated the Kangaroo Kourt and was also instrumental in helping keep the team focused.
