Acquired during the 2001 New Player Draft, Cesar can run faster than lightning. He is graceful on the bases and in the field. Cesar's best day was a doubleheader versus the Royals. In the first game on iMassRadio, Cesar was selected "Player of the Game" as he had a perfect day: HBP, single and a walk. But most impressively, he stole 3 bases, scoring each time, including from 2nd-base on a sac-fly to left, and from 2nd-base on a sac bunt to thirdbase. In game two, Cesar scored 3 more runs (6 for the day) and 4 more bases (7 for the day), including home on a double-steal -- amazing! Li'l Cesar was also an upbeat asset in the clubhouse.
