Jason Kurtz

Jason Kurtz came over to the White Sox when the team needed to expand its Cooperstown Tourney pitching staff in 2007. In his Cooperstown start, he notched a win versus the Tigers, breezing through the first 5 innings before he surrendered his first hit. The Sox ended up winning that game 15-4.

Kurtz did not make a regular season appearance for the White Sox in 2007, though he is pitching his second season for the Middlesex Brewers in the MSBL National 30+ division. Kurtz also spent 4 years with the MABL Royals where he compiled a 13-10 record, highlighted by his 2003 season where he helped the Royals win an Atlantic Conference title by going 1-0 in the postseason, ironically, beating the White Sox in that outing by tossing a 3-hit complete game.

Appearances: 2005 MABL All-Star, 2003 Atlantic Conference Champion.
