Rob Mitchell was the perfect athlete. His raw talent, power, endurance, and highly competitive spirit brought the White Sox from a hodgepodge team of recreational players to the athletic team it became in the late ‘90’s. Rob was named to the MABL All-Star team in 1997 for his leadership and offensive flair. Rob's playing time diminished in 1998 as work priorities intervened. Still, he batted a respectable .257 with an on-base percentage of .372. Work forced retirement in 1999, but Rob still made a cameo, appearing in one game and walking twice. Shortly thereafter, Rob's work brought him to Seattle, where he currently works for Hewlett Packard.

Appearances: 1997 MABL All-Star.
